Overview of the Application Process* (1 day - 2 weeks)

Step One:     Contact Us to start your Application process. This includes answering any questions.

Step Two:     Submit the application with the application fee which also includes a background check. (This can be done online here)

Step Three:   We receive & review your application.

Step Four:    We complete a background check.

Step Five:    We contact you & let you know the results and the path forward.

Step Six:     We schedule a time to meet or setup your entry. 

Step Seven: You move in.
